How much does a Paint & Chill session cost?Â
Our regular Paint & Chill sessions cost $55 per person. Â
Double promo tickets(limited - while stocks last), the price is $99 for 2 persons. Â Â
Prices may vary for special events.Â
What is included in the price?Â
The price includes one complimentary drink (house wine, house beer or non-alcoholic beverage), easel, paint, brushes, apron and a 12" x 16" canvas (to be painted and take home).Â
What time shall I arrive?Â
Our Saturday arvo sessions start at 3pm and usually will end at 5pm. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes early to get signed in, wined and seated. If you're going to another place for dinner, make sure that you make the booking after 5pm.
Can I only paint the night’s featured painting?Â
Not necessarily. Even though our artist will guide you through the steps, we encourage you to be different and creative in your artwork as well.Â
What should I wear?Â
Although we provide aprons, we recommend you wear something that won’t be ruined if you splash a little paint on it.Â
Can I purchase food and beverage at the venue?Â
Yes.Â
The Vie Lounge & Eatery venue is a fully licensed restaurant (no BYO). More drinks and snacks/bar food can be purchased during the painting session. Please call directly 09 9250777 to make your enquiry should you have any further questions or concerns.
Ticket Policy:
No Refund and/or Reschedule Policy:
All tickets sold are non refundable. There will be no refund on cancellation (Including cancellations by us or due to Covid-19 alert level changes), No Call & No Show.
In the event of any COVID-19 alert level changes, no refund will be made but all purchased tickets will be automatically valid for further extension for a rescheduled event.
You can only reschedule your booking once by giving us 72 hours notice in advance or tickets are forfeited. A re-booking fee of $10 will apply per ticket. You must submit your reschedule request via email to: nzpaintnchill@gmail.com. Subject to approval.
Due to the table setting, we can't guarantee that a group is sitting together at the same table.
This is a social event where you are encouraged to mingle and interact with other participants.
It’s essential to inform us via email(nzpaintnchill@gmail.com) at least 24 hours prior to the event if you have any other group/friends under different booking names(only if applicable) that will be joining you/your group and we shall try our best to arrange all to be seated together.
Paint & Chill reserves the right to make changes, modify, cancel and limit any classes at any time without prior notice.
